FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring physical characteristics of gastroduodenal mucous membrane. Arithmetic mean of microcirculation index is calculated twice every time during 3 min. One value is calculated from mucous membrane surface on ulcer defect boundary M1 and the other one 3-4 cm far from the boundary M2. Hemorrhage risk coefficient Khr is calculated as M1/M2. The value being greater than 0.8, low ulcer hemorrhage relapse risk level is predicted. Khr value being from 0.5 to 0.8, moderate risk level is predicted. The value being less than 0.5, high an ulcer hemorrhage relapse risk level is predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
