FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of shapes.
SUBSTANCE: machine includes mounted according to manufacturing process: stand for preliminarily shaping and drive profiling stands with shafts mounted by cantilever fashion. Free ends of shafts are closed by means of stirrup and paired rollers mounted in shafts and having closed profiling gap with basing on vertical and horizontal mounting surfaces of rollers. Each working shaft has basic bead. In each lower shaft two sleeves of designed size are mounted. Lower roller is mounted between said sleeves. Each stirrup is jointly mounted in housing with possibility of motion, fixation in horizontal plane and rotation by 180º and it is provided with two slides holding shafts and allowing to move them and fix in vertical plane. Each pair of rollers has in each stand basic plane supported by sleeve; dimension of sleeve is determined according to given mathematical relation.
EFFECT: elimination of tuning profiling axis at readjustment of machine.
