FIELD: plastic working of metals.

SUBSTANCE: shape bending mill is designed, mainly for making tubes with inner folded seam of coiled strip. Mill includes frame supporting working stands with shape bending rolls; tables with non-driven vertical rollers designed for bending and guiding blank and arranged between stands; table with non-driven vertical rollers designed for catching and guiding coiled strip and arranged in front of first pair of rolls; mandrel holder; driven multi-paired rollers table with vertical rollers mounted after mandrel holder in direction of bending process and designed for engaging butts of folded seam and drive of pinion stand. Pinion stand is mounted between working stands with possibility of joining them kinematically. Mill also includes in its outlet zone two tables with horizontal rollers driven by means of previous working stands. In inlet zone mill includes table with guiding horizontal rollers; suspended quick-release apparatuses adjusted along height and crosswise and designed for forming shape; second multi-paired roller driven table mounted behind first similar table and driven from next pinion stand. Both multi-paired roller tables are provided with lifting tables for adjusting along height. Said tables of driven and non-driven vertical and horizontal rollers, lifting tables are provided with guiding splines and they are secured by means of bolts to frame having splineways and mounting grooves for easy detachment at readjusting tool.

EFFECT: improved quality of outer surface of tube with inner folded seam due to providing round-cylinder outer configuration of tube in zone of folded joint, possibility for easily detaching tool at readjustment for other type of shape.
