FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of shapes of hard-to-form sheet materials by profiling them between rolls, possibly in machine engineering, aerospatial industry branch for producing wide assortment of shapes. SUBSTANCE: method for making thin-web shapes of hard-to-form sheet materials containing lithium comprises steps of profiling directly after quenching during two or four transitions in roller apparatuses due to realizing restricted bending at different combination of rolling and drawing processes, at different revolution numbers of upper and lower rollers of stands and at continuously varying their revolution numbers for changing rolling mode to drawing mode according to predetermined order; at each shaping transition providing axial end push in inlet and axial tension in outlet. Working shafts of each stand of rolling-drawing plant are driven by means of electric motor through gearing. Movement of sleeves of slides with upper shafts is realized due to splined telescopic connection of jointed intermediate vertical shafts. Each stand operates separately, it has (due to using hypoid transmission and electronic control unit) continuously variable regulation of profiling speed and it is mounted together with drive unit on platforms with possibility of motion for changing interstand spacing.
