FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic brake master cylinders.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic master cylinder has cylinder housing, primary and secondary pistons installed for sliding in cylinder housing and compressing fluid medium in pressure chamber connected with fluid medium reservoir by means of connector found on cylinder housing, primary piston shank sealed by cup installed in hole of guide bushing and thrust washer. Each cylinder is provided with valve fitted in axial hole and equipped with sealing bushing and spring. Each valve is provided with sealing bushing it is made movable relative to piston with possibility of opening and closing. Guide part of each valve is made in form of hollow cylinder with radial holes on surface. Section of guide part of valve in mating with corresponding section of central hole of piston is made stepped. Sealing bushing is installed so that part of its surface is fitted on guide part of valve. Thrust washer is provided with cavity at one side, and with ring projection at other side getting into hole of guide bushing and resting on side surface of cup.
EFFECT: improved functional characteristics of hydraulic master cylinder, improved reliability of operation of valves and seals.
