FIELD: production of essential oils.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the installations for production of essential oils. The installation contains: a steam generator mounted in the sealed container of the distillation tank having a cylindrical form and pivotally connected with a support by two half-shafts located on a lateral surface of the distillation tank; covers of the distillation tank with handwheels and bolts. At that the steam generator is made in the form of a liquid sprayer and a heat energy accumulator located above the heat energy emitter. The heat energy emitter is formed by the inner surface of the distillation tank body-cover. The invention allows to reduce labor intensiveness in winter operation and also to reduce power expenditures.
