FIELD: sugar industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of sugar industry, in particular, to methods pf diffusion juices clarification. The method provides for a heating a diffusion juice and injection in it of a coagulant - aluminum hydroxychloride - till its concentration makes 0.01-0.12 g/l. Then conduct a predefecation, a defecation and a juice saturation. The saturation sediment is separated from the juice and a part of the produced saturation juice is returned into the phase of the predefecation. At that the part of the juice is also added with the indicated coagulant till its concentration makes 0.01-0.12 g/l. The saturation juice fed to separation of the sediment deposit is added with a flocculant - a copolymer of acrylamide with a sodium acrylate with anionic activity of 30-40 % till its concentration makes 0.004-0.030 g/l. The predefecated juice is also added with the indicated flocculant till its concentration makes 0.001-0.020 g/l. The sediment formed in the process of the predefecation is removed from the predefecated juice. The invention ensures an increased efficiency of the diffusion juice clarification and decreased lime input for the clarification.
