FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: treatment method provides for predefecation of the diffusion juice, adding at least one acrylamide copolymer and sodium acrylate with molecular weight 5-22 mln into the predefecated juice as polyanionic flocculant to concentration of 1-8 mpn-1, separation of the formed coagulate from the predefecated juice in the decantation tank or centrifuge. Main defection is performed for clarified predefecated juice and the first saturation with carbon dioxide is performed as well. Method of production of concentrate enriched with nutrients of non-saccharine substances provides for treatment of the diffusion juice as stated above. The separated coagulate is condensed to reach the dry solids content of 40-70% and the concentrate with specified dry solids content is obtained.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction in lime consumption used to treat diffusion juice and produce concentrate of non-saccharine substances with high phosphate content that can be used as a fertiliser or feed when mixing it with melissa.
