FIELD: galvanoplastics; manufacture of sophisticated antenna-feeder systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes application of photolithographical pattern on aluminum U-shaped mandrels, heating the part to temperature of 100-110°C for 20-30 min, deepening the mandrels due to removal of polystyrene gaskets and galvanically building-up nickel followed by etching aluminum and photoresist material.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining slotted structure due to application of photolithographic pattern.
