FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves making a matrix with holes with calculated predistortion on an electrically insulating base with a current conducting layer using a photolithographic technique, growing an article using a galvanoplastic technique, separation of the article from the matrix, wherein when making the matrix of holes, the greatest cross dimension of which is greater than or equal to 100 times the value of calculated predistortions of the article is made with inserts, the outline of which is similar to that of the hole, attached to the edges of the holes of the matrix by straps, with uniform spacing on the perimetre of the holes of the matrix equal to 3-4 times the value of calculated predistortions, and when growing the article on the matrix, holes in the article are made with metal inserts attached to the edges of the holes of the article by metal straps with uniform spacing on the perimetre of the holes of the article. At the end of growing the article and separating the article from the matrix, inserts with straps are removed from the holes of the article.

EFFECT: small dimensions of predistortions for holes of articles with large perimetre and high accuracy of making thin-walled metallic articles.
