FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes division of bed on layers by driving level-wise ventilation and backup drifts respectively at upper and lower limits of levels, driving sub-level drifts and mines, separating these levels on sub-levels, extracting bed of mineral resource in sub-levels and moving of caved-in ceiling rocks in extracted space of extracted sub-levels. Bed is extracted while leaving no coal blocks between levels. Lower sub-level is extracted firstly with full filling of extracted space of lower sub-level with backfilling material. Slanting height of lower sub-level is determined on basis of mathematical expression on basis of power and falling angle of bed. Extraction of other sub-levels within limits of level is performed serially in descending order, starting from upper sub-level. First, backfill material is let in extracted space of extracted sub-level from above-positioned sub-level, then destroyed rocks of ceiling are let through.
EFFECT: lower losses of coal, lower fire threat and higher efficiency of ceiling control in cleaning faces.
