FIELD: location mode of high-precision measuring of coordinates and a vector of speed of a reflecting object for remote distance determination of coordinate information of reflecting objects at detection of registering of land objects, naval ships and cosmic apparatus and bodies.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is in that an echo-signal reflected from an object is registered by three channels of a receiving system, the centers of zone of visibility of each channel are spread in a pattern plane so that they are partially overlapped. The duration and the time of frequency shift in the three channels are measured and in accordance with them coordinates and a vector of speed of the object in the pattern plane are calculated. In accordance with the position of the axis of the receiving system coordinates of the object in common system of coordinates are calculated taking into account the measured slant distance and radial speed. At registering radiating objects the mode is executed on a frequency corresponding to the maximum of its radiation.

EFFECT: increases the accuracy of measuring coordinates and a vector of the object's speed.
