FIELD: meteorology; environmental monitoring.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring conducting module is transported to area of research; capsules are separated from the module and delivered to area of research. Physical characteristics of atmosphere, earth surface and ocean are measured by means of measuring equipment provided inside capsule. Horizontal components of speed and parameters of vertical movement of capsule are determined additionally to find wave heights. Measured parameters are introduced into information message and transmitted through artificial satellite of Earth.

EFFECT: improved precision of getting original information; widened functional capabilities of device.
