FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has working capacitor, connected through commutation element, unlocked from control block, in parallel to primary winding of pulse transformer. Commutation element is made in form of rectifying bridge with transistor in diagonal line, unlocked by control block for time 1-100 micro-seconds when voltage on working capacitor reached 0.5-1.0 of amplitude value of grid voltage no less frequently than once in a period of grid voltage.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher reliability.
