FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery. A frame-free single-layer interrupted end-to-side biliodigestive anastomosis with a Roux-opened jejunal loop and 4 two-row hepatic ducts is formed. Submucosal interrupted suture Vicryl sutures are applied between the jejunum and lateral posterolateral walls of posterior ducts with the knots outside. The jejunal mucosa is excised. Interrupted sutures are formed between the lateral anterolateral walls of the other two ducts and the jejunal wall forming an anterior line of the anastomosis sutures.
EFFECT: method reduces a rate of the biliodigestive anastomosis inconsistency by applying the single-layer interrupted sutures only on a half-circle of the bile ducts.
