FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hepatosurgery. Intestinal loop is formed along Roux, the oral end of which is closed tightly. Isolated intestinal loop is formed to form an intestinal ring and an isolated isoperistaltic enterostoma. 2nd and 3rd segmental bile ducts are sutured together to form a single anastomosis. Entrance of the lobar duct of the right lobe of the liver, the fourth segmental duct and the newly created anastomosis are sutured separately into the intestinal ring with creation of trihepaticojejunostomy with a precision suture. It is followed by bilateral drainage by two replaceable transversal drainages, wherein the right lobe of the liver is drained through the lobar duct, 4th segment duct and the intestinal ring, and the left lobe is drained through 2nd and 3rd segment anastomosis, the intestinal ring and the isolated enterostoma.

EFFECT: method increases reliability by reducing the number of gall-intestinal anastomosis, simplifies the surgical intervention by forming a biliodigestive anastomosis in the liver gates by creating an intestinal ring of an isolated jejunal loop and reduces traumatism by reducing the number of bougieurages of the left lobe of the liver with using replaceable transversal drainages.
