FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing composite material into tooth cavity hardening under light action. The material is applied in portions each of which does not touch a previous one. Polymerization is carried out during 5 s. Thermoelement is mounted on lamp light guide. The thermoelement is switched on at the same time with polymer flow. Polymerization flow is initiated with the photopolymerization lamp at the moment the light guide end is 3-5 cm far from material portion under polymerization and then it is set close to the material for 2 s.
EFFECT: high quality in filling carious cavities of any type; improved bonding conditions between composite and hard dental tissues.
