FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for teeth filling. In each portion of unpolymerised composite filling material, located in tooth cavity, ultrasonic hygienic or orthopaedic nozzle with smooth working surface is immersed and with power of 25 W material is subjected to thermal vibration for 10 seconds, then the filling is photopolymerized.
EFFECT: method provides strong connection of composite material with adhesive layer and with each subsequent portion of applied composite material - formation of strong compacted monolithic composite structure; efficient marginal adhesion of composite material to hard tooth tissues.
