FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in restoration of crown part of tooth. Preliminary preparation of tooth cavity is performed, adhesive preparation of cavity is performed, dentin is sealed with fluid polymer composite and cavity of narrowing shape is created by means of composite. Composite is exposed to a polymerized state, the tape is inserted into the cavity with subsequent adherence to the surface of the cavity. Composite is introduced into cavity above belt with subsequent reflection until partial hardening of composite to produce composite mold fragment corresponding to cavity, with subsequent extraction of the fragment with the tape and total illumination of the extracted fragment to the polymerized state. Fragment is fixed in cavity of tooth with fluid composite material with subsequent reflection of entire tooth.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify and accelerate process of restoration of a crown part of a tooth, to improve quality of tooth restoration, to exclude break-off of a filling.
