FIELD: medicine, logopedia.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out computer analysis of speech signal obtained with the help of a microphone from a patient due to its spectral assay by detecting bordering values of frequency range of the main tune of patient's speech and the ratio of spectral power density in frequency area being above the main tune to spectral power density in frequency area being below the main tune. Then comes logopedic training by applying computer spectral assay of the current speech signal obtained with the help of a microphone from a patient due to monitoring at on-line mode of the ratio of its spectral power density in frequency area being above the main tune to that of in frequency area being below the main tune. Moreover, due to altering the range of one's voice, a patient should perform an exercise on increasing monitored ratio till its exceeding by, at least, 2 times, against the value of the main tune to spectral power density in frequency area being below the main tune detected as a result of preliminary computer assay. Moreover, frequency range of patient's main tune varies 80-340 Hz. Logopedic training should be carried out in on-line mode to supply patient's altered speech into earphones as an acoustic image to be imitated, moreover, alteration of speech should be conducted due to simultaneous increase of spectral power density in frequency area being above the main tune and decrease of spectral power density in frequency area being below the main tune with the help of acoustic filters to provide the increase of spectral power density in frequency area being above the main tune by 1.5 times and decrease of spectral power density in frequency area being below the main tune by 1.5. The method enables to achieve stable factual alteration of patient's vocal range psychologically perceptible as suppression of patient's "dull" voice and manifestation of patient's "rich" voice.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of compensation.
