FIELD: medicine, particular, psychophysiological methods of treatment; applicable in correction of speech disturbances of various etiology. SUBSTANCE: method for speech correction consists conduction of a course of curative seances of rhythmic speech with frequency determined on the hasis of analysis of electric encephalogram of a concrete patient. Separated in encephalogram are zones of residual injuries of vocal and associated structures, the main or multiple to it frequency of association between affected and preserved structures is determined and taken as coded. Formed on its base, along-side with sound are light pulses acted on the patient during the seance. Treatment is supported by psychopharmacological means before and/or during treatment and by suggestive action. Such treatment seances are carried out in form of group or individual trainings not less than three times a week with 2-4 h duration of each group training. The treatment course includes 20-25 seances. The offered method is used in treatment of stammering, alalia, dislallia, dysarthria, aphasia and other vocal disturbances. EFFECT: provision of positive effect in 90% cases and reduced to minimum the number of recurrences. 1 tbl
