FIELD: methods and devices for processing polyethylene film wastes. SUBSTANCE: method includes charging of wastes onto rotary cutters rotating counterclockwise, grinding of wastes, cooling of ground to paste-like mixture, drying and unloading of dried mixture. Rotary cutters are rotated at a speed of above 2910 rpm with 4-6-A load on electric motor. During mixture cooling, it is subjected to hydraulic destruction, and formed steam is sucked by cyclone. With motor load exceeding 28 A, charging of wastes is discontinued. During cooling, water is supplied in the amount of 100 cu.cm per kg of charged wastes. The device for embodiment of the method has agglomeration device with charging hatch and discharging hole and provided with driven cutters. Agglomeration device is provided with blower. The device also has means for water supply and pipeline system. EFFECT: minimum energy consumption for production of granules and fine particles for their further use in manufacture of products from polyethylene. 4 cl, 2 dwg
