FIELD: industry of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites of clinker-free binding agent based on high-calcium brown coal ash. Binding agent comprising high-calcium fly ash, gypsum, calcium chloride, lime aleurolite involves additionally spent machine oil as an activating additive in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: gypsum, 3-4; calcium chloride, 0.8-2; lime aleurolite, 22-30; spent machine oil, 0.15-0.35; high-calcium fly ash, the balance. Invention provides enhancing strength and resistance to cold of the binding agent in hardening under normal conditions, retaining uniformity in change of volume and other indices. The binding agent can be used in making concrete and ferroconcrete articles hardening under normal conditions and in steaming also.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of binding agent.
