FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of non-fired binders from wastes and by-products of various industries and can be used in making construction articles for air-wet and hydraulic hardening. Disclosed is a method of producing non-fired mineral binder, involving preliminary grinding of high-calcium flue ash of Berezovskaya SDPP, its preheating to 105-110 °C and hydration with water vapour at temperature of 105-150 °C, mixing with aluminosilicate active mineral additive, mixing with water. In addition, components from the group of gypsum, cement, electrolyte salts and plasticisers can be added to the binder.
EFFECT: improved strength characteristics of non-fired mineral binder due to preservation in active state of compounds having binding properties during hydration of CaOfr contained in flue ash of Berezovskaya SDPP.
