FIELD: waste-handling of bitumen.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of waste-handling of bitumen, in particular, to the installations for bitumen melting and dehydration for further utilization at preparation of different production on the basis of bitumen and bitumen-similar materials. The installations contains a heating chamber with a device for loading of the working material and a release fitting pipe linked with bitumen pipeline, a liquid-gas burner device, a heating control device, a funnel of the deduction of flue gasses removal and the locking and distributing hardware. At that the heating chamber on its outer cylindrical and butt surfaces has ribs and is placed inside a drum shell with formation of an airspace between walls of the drum shell and the heating chamber. At that the drum shell butt side is connected to a combustion chamber linked with internal surface of the drum shell and a tube located along the heating chamber axis. At that the outlet from the inner cavity of the drum shell is through a gas duct is connected to the gas fitting pipe of the combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber is furnished with the means of mixing of the working and flue gasses and the means of redistribution of the gas streams into a zone of the heating chamber bottom. At that inside the heating chamber there are means of circulation of the molten bitumen. The invention allows to increase efficiency, reliability and safety of operation of the installation due to extension of the heat-exchange zone from a gas stream to the molten bitumen, its circulation in the space of the heating chamber, a wide range of a gas stream working temperature regulation in front of the inlet of the heating chamber, and also redistribution of the gas streams into the working zone of the bottom of the heating chamber and additional utilization of flue gasses heat.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency, reliability and safety of operation of the installation.
