FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gas generator heating device comprises the following components combined with the common vertically oriented body: a combustion chamber with a door for fuel loading; an afterburning chamber with a door for its cleaning; nozzles that provide for pyrolysis gas movement from the combustion chamber into the afterburning chamber; a fan for forced air supply into the afterburning chamber; a vertical gas flue; a heat exchanger connected to a system of water heating. The afterburning chamber is located under the combustion chamber and communicates in its lower part with the vertical gas flue. Nozzles are installed between the combustion chamber and the afterburning chamber, are made of chamotte, have modular design and comprise horizontal air supply holes. The vertical gas flue is located in the back part of the device, adjacently to the afterburning and combustion chambers, and communicates with the chimney flue nozzle.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation and extended shelf life of the device.
