FIELD: heating devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heating various gaseous products, namely to heaters with intermediate heat carrier, and can be used in oil, petrochemical and gas industries. Gas heater comprises a housing in which there is a heat exchanger made of rolled metal bent in the form of a U-shaped structure with an inlet and outlet of the heated product, and at least one heat generator, including a flame tube, a bundle of smoke tubes, a rotary chamber of the heat generator, at least one burner device located in the burner cabinet and fixed on one of the ends of the flame tube of the heat generator, and at least one stack connected to the outlet of the smoke tube bundle. Between the end of the flame tube on one side and the flange of the heat generator on the other side there is a temperature compensator, which is an elastic corrugated shell made of sheet metal. Heat exchanger inlet and outlet are equipped with taps arranged at 90°.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of the heater.
