FIELD: production of combined double knitted fabric for manufacture of special-purpose underwear articles.
SUBSTANCE: combined double knitted fabric has satin stitch-type courses arranged at both sides of knitted fabric, and transferred links. Satin stitch-type courses are arranged in alternation with lasting rows according to 4+1 pattern. Knitted fabric has additional course within pattern repeat, including lasting links of 2+1 pattern, each second link of which is transferred onto links of adjacent column from reverse side onto face side of knitted fabric, and thrown-on links arranged in courses, from which previous link had been transferred so that cell is formed. In each ninth course, lasting links of 4+1 pattern are offset by two link columns.
EFFECT: provision for producing of knitted fabric with improved form stability and increased heat-shielding properties provided by manufacture of cellular structure.
