FIELD: medicine, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with perosseous osteosynthesis to provide a stable, prolonged fixation of patient's hip joint due to applying needles through patient's ilium so that support areas should be at opposite sides of ilium, that is, of opposite direction against each other. Thus, such needles form double chiasms at different levels of ilium. With the help of special needle's fasteners and cantilevers they should be fixed upon apparatus' pelvic support to provide, thus, rigid fixation of patient's hip joint.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
