FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: femoral head is gradually dislocated to an inferoexternal border of cotyloid cavity so that a head centre matches with a line drawn through a 'tear-drop figure'. It is followed by pin subepiphyseal tunnelling of femoral neck. Then, 2-3 pins are brought through femoral neck and head. A reduction axis is located whereon femoral head is fit by abduction, flexion and internal rotation. Thereafter, the rods are used to couple pelvic and femoral supports of a transosseous apparatus and hinge joints upwards, backwards, inwards and to move head into cotyloid cavity gradually.
EFFECT: method provides gradual immersion of head into cotyloid cavity by an optimal path with regard to anatomical parameters of joint components, optimal head adjustment in cotyloid cavity, reduced risk of progressive dystrophic changes in femoral head.
