FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing of cast stump pin insert, formation of a seat for locking pin in the gum area of stump pin insert at the tongue side of lower jaw teeth and at the palatine side of upper jaw teeth. Then an artificial crown is made simultaneously with formation of perforation hole for locking pin mounting according to the position of the seat in metal pin insert stump.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment of patients with hard tooth tissue pathologies by increased retention and fixation degree for artificial crown on artificial stump due to optimisation of pin construction manufacturing technology and creation of additional fixation elements in the form of locking pin.
