SUBSTANCE: handle includes connection member for joining to it different cleaning tools, drive unit for operating joined cleaning tool and control unit for controlling drive unit operation. Handle includes electronic circuit for interlocking its operation. Said circuit is turned off by means of coded turning off organ mounted in cleaning tool only after joining cleaning tool with handle.
EFFECT: protection of device against unauthorized turning on at trial of its incorrect use.
