SUBSTANCE: device has elongated shape as two condoms of common use connected to each other. The device has no open end. Both ends are closed so that closed space is available inside. Ring-shaped rim-like thickening is available in the middle part, dividing the condom into external and internal condoms. The rim has two lateral bosses for fastening little belt holding the condom on penis. Closed condom contour allows one to put on the internal condom over the penis without its unrolling on the penis but when it is stretched and filled with air.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating impotence.
