The technical result is ensured by that in said urethral condom comprising an inflatable chamber with a passing channel and a device for air supply therein, the chamber is the cylindrical. On one of its ends, there is an extension in the form of a flange provided with a nipple valve to inflate the chamber and fixed in navicula when inflating. All surfaces of the urethral condom contacting to tissues or lumens of organ can have antimicrobic coating.
EFFECT: higher impermeability, sensitivity of genital, device simplification, easy replacement and simplicity in application.
