SUBSTANCE: invention describes water-soluble complexes of poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone of molecular mass 24 000-67 000 Da with fullerene-C60 in the content of fullerene-C60 1.1-2.7 wt.-% and to a method for their preparing. Method involves interaction of poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone of molecular mass 24 000-67 000 Da with fullerene-C60 by mixing poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone solution of molecular mass 24 000-67 000 Da in chloroform with fulelrene-C60 solution in ortho-dichlorobenzene in the ratio, wt.-% fullerene-C60 : poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone of molecular mass 24 000-67 000 Da = 1.3:3.0 followed by removal of solvents and dissolving dry matter in water. Indicated complexes are designated for creature of water-soluble medicinal formulations and preparing fullerene-containing films from aqueous solutions.
