FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propylene polymer-base compositions eliciting improved shock-resistance and excellent optical properties that can be used for making bottles and containers. The composition comprises from 70 to 90 wt.-% of statistic copolymer of propylene with ethylene including from 1 to 6 wt.-% of ethylene and having the content of xylene-insoluble fraction 93 wt.-%, not less, and from 10 to 30 wt.-% of copolymer of propylene with ethylene containing from 8 to 18 wt.-% of ethylene. The ratio (B)/C2 B containing percent by mass (B) as measured for the total mass content of (A) and (B) to the mass percent content of ethylene (C2 B) as measured for the total mass content (B) is 2.5 or less. Prepared compositions elicit optimal balance of such indices as transmittance, rigidity and shock-resistance being even at low temperatures.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of compositions.
