FIELD: organization of cellular communication networks.

SUBSTANCE: proposed methods can be used in cellular communication systems of second and third generations as well as in other cellular communication systems and is intended to reduce load on wire communication lines interconnecting transceiving systems of base stations. To this end, changes are introduced in organization of cellular communication network, procedures of logging mobile station in cellular communication network, establishment of connections between mobile communication stations, transfer of mobile station services between transceiving systems of base stations, and termination of connections with mobile station within line coverage section, in which case number of service messages whose interchange is required to perform mentioned procedures essentially reduces.

EFFECT: enhanced engineering effectiveness of cellular communication network organization.
