FIELD: communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: first type of communication services is provided for station, while first network element provides control operation for providing communication services. A part of aforementioned control operations is transferred from first network element to second network element. Between first and second network elements, information exchange is performed, while aforementioned information is connected to provision of station of second type of communication services. Communication services of aforementioned second type are provided to station on basis of given information.
EFFECT: improved inter-system token passing of service after modification of provided service.
