METHOD FOR PLOTTING OF SHOULDER ARTICLE CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: sewing industry, in particular, plotting of sewing article constructions.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing main and additional transverse and longitudinal lines on figure; measuring distances from planes tangent to protruding points of shoulder blades at rear side and protruding points of chest at front side to points of intersection of additional transverse and longitudinal lines and to rear and front angles of armpits; using resultant values for determining apertures of recesses onto protrusions of shoulder blades and chest; drawing basic transverse plotting line on drawing plane; putting unfolding basic longitudinal plotting lines upward from above mentioned line; determining position of basic transverse lines by plotting longitudinal basic line perpendicular to cuts in node points; determining recess apertures by defining points of apex of cone unfolding part on continuation part of length of longitudinal line between neck base point and protruding point of shoulder blades at rear side or protruding point of chest at front side, by plotting cone unfolding part and by determining angle of aperture of recess between point at arc of cone unfolding part and tangent to said arc drawn through protruding point of shoulder blades or chest.

EFFECT: improved quality of fitting article in individual figure.
