FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic densitometry is conducted and parameters of plaque as its ultrasonic density and thickness are measured. If the parameters do not exceed 140 units and 2,5 mm correspondingly the shock-wave therapy is performed by means of influence of pneumatic shock wave source onto penis. If ultrasonic density of plaque exceeds 140 units and thickness of plaque exceeds 2,5 mm the treatment is performed by means of influence of electro-hydraulic, piezoelectric or electromagnet shock wave source onto penis.
EFFECT: better cosmetic result; exclusion of recurrent curvature of penis.
