FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting fibrous patch. Incomplete intracavernous prosthesis-based repair of the penis is carried out. The prostheses are introduced beginning from glandular portion and ending in radical flexure of the cavernous body. The prostheses are phimosed twice in the base and coronary sulcus area. Rigid prostheses, which diameter is less than the cavernous body diameter, are applied. The so created defect of penis protein tunic is covered with lyophilized dura mater. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; preserved natural erection.
