FIELD: casting molds for production of solid fuel for rocket-propelled charges.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the casting moulds and methods of production of the solid fuel for the rocket-propelled charges and is intended for application of armoring coating on a side surface of propellant grains. The casting mold contains a lower die, a cover, a pusher and a mobile core. The core is made the spring-loaded cone-shaped. The biggest diameter of the cone of the core is equal to the greatest diameter of the conjugated conical window of the armored grain. The core has a stepped cylindrical tail end mounted in the cover with a capability of the cylindrical tail end enter the running channel of the pouring plate. The technical result of the casting mould is development of the casting mold design providing capability to armor the fuel grain around its outer surface.
EFFECT: the invention presents the development of the casting mold design providing capability to armor the fuel grain around its outer surface.
