FIELD: petrochemical processes.
SUBSTANCE: process comprises alkylation of isobutane fraction with olefins in presence of concentrated sulfuric acid continuously supplied into horizontal stirred reactor, while simultaneously removing spent acid, at isobutane/olefins volume ratio (5-10):1 and temperature 5-7°C; discharging and settling reaction mixture consisted of acid, unreacted isobutane and alkylated gasoline; separating mixture; sending spent acid to regeneration while controlling content of hydrocarbons in spent acid at a level not higher than 3 wt %. Spent acid leaving settler is separated on hydrocyclone, in weight proportion (70-99):(1-30), into high-concentration stream recycled into alkylation reactor and low-concentration stream, which is combined with fresh isobutane fraction and isobutane fraction functioning as cooling agent, after which mixture is fed into absorber-drier, wherein the two combined streams interact with each other such that moisture is withdrawn from plant with low-concentration stream and thus dried isobutane fraction is sent into alkylation reactor.
EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of acid and raised octane number of alkylated gasoline.
