FIELD: petroleum chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: isobutane is alkylated with olefins in the presence of sulfuric acid in horizontal reactor of cascade type, section internal stirring, feeding olefin raw and fresh recirculating sulfuric acid into each reaction section and feeding fresh recirculating isobutane into the first reactor section. The optimal volume ratio isobutane : olefins = (5-10):1 by all volume of the reactor that is regulated by an additional feeding fresh isobutane in each cascade of the reactor.
