FIELD: metallurgy; high-temperature nickel-based weldable alloys for manufacture of housings, casings, heat shields and other units working at temperature of up to 900ºC.
SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy contains carbon, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, boron and magnesium, cobalt, tungsten and lanthanum at the following content of components, mass-%: carbon, 0.02-0.10; chromium, 12.0-20.0; cobalt, 8.0-20.0; molybdenum, 3.5-7.0; tungsten, 0.5-3.0; niobium, 3.2-6.5; aluminum, 1.0-1.8; titanium, 1.0-1.6; zirconium, 0.4-1.4; boron, 0.0001-0.006; magnesium, 0.003-0.06; lanthanum, 0.0030-0.08; the remainder being nickel.
EFFECT: improved strength characteristics within range of working temperatures; enhanced plasticity; avoidance of drop in plasticity; satisfactory weldability and heat resistance.
