FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, specifically to cobalt-based alloys intended for making GTE parts with operating temperatures of at least 1100 °C by using the method of additive manufacturing from metal powder. Cobalt-based alloy for the manufacture of parts of gas turbine engines by the method of additive production contains, wt. %: chromium 25–27, tungsten 10–12, nickel 7–10, carbon 0.1–0.3, tantalum 3–6, titanium 0.10–0.2, zirconium 0.01–0.05, magnesium 0.03–0.08, boron 0.003–0.01, yttrium 0.05–0.3, lanthanum 0.03–0.1, cerium 0.01–0.05, cobalt and hazardous substances, including oxygen, are the rest. Ratio of total atomic content of carbide-forming elements W, Ta, Zr, Ti to atomic content of carbon in alloy is 3–7. Alloy is intended for fabrication of articles by method of additive technologies, in particular, by method of selective laser fusion from metal-powder composition.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by improved mechanical characteristics, high ductility at room temperature and high long-term strength and heat resistance at operating temperature of 1100 °C.
