FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to heat-resistant nickel-based alloys, and can be used for fabrication of parts and components of gas turbine engines welded by fusion welding methods. Heat-resistant weldable nickel-based alloy containing, wt.%: carbon 0.005–0.065, chromium 14.0–18.0, cobalt 12.0–18.0, molybdenum 4.0–6.0, tungsten 0.5–1.5, tantalum 0.2–2.0, niobium 3.7–4.3, aluminium 2.0–2.3, titanium 0.55–1.0, zirconium 0.05–0.35, hafnium 0.05–0.3, yttrium 0.05–0.2, cerium 0.0001–0.02, boron 0.0001–0.008, lanthanum 0.0001–0.1, magnesium not more than 0.05, nickel and unavoidable impurities – the rest.
EFFECT: higher short-term strength at normal temperature (σh20), high level of resistance to low-cycle fatigue (σ020) (LCF) and at the same time long-term strength at temperature of 650 °C (σ100650).
