FIELD: geological survey equipment, particularly repair works concerned with drill and casing pipe cutting.

SUBSTANCE: pipe cutter comprises drive shaft with cutting member made as mill, hinged deflector, bush and pusher spring-loaded in axial direction relative bush. Drive shaft is provided with two conical roller bearings. One roller bearing is located under the bush, another one is above spring-loaded pusher. Upper part of drive shaft has stop and hydraulic cylinder spring-loaded relative the stop. Hydraulic cylinder includes spring-loaded hollow piston. Lower part of hydraulic cylinder has inlet orifice. Upper shaft part has orifices to open access for liquid into cavity located above hollow piston.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency.
