SUBSTANCE: tool includes a case with a spring-loaded piston equipped with a fluid passage for operating fluid delivery, a grove with a hinged tool holder fixed at the pin, a locking mechanism made as the upper sleeve bearing of the lower ball bearing equipped with a cover shell. The outside diameter of the sleeve bearing and cover shell of the ball bearing is bigger than the outside diameter of the case. The piston is equipped with a pusher passing in its axial channel and containing a grove with the upper and lower bevels. The tool holder has a protrusion and it is installed so that it can be placed in the matching groove of the pusher. The case is equipped with a cage fixed to it rigidly, and in the cage axial channel there is a cup supported by the pusher butt end.

EFFECT: increase in reliability and operational efficiency, extension of scope of application.
