FIELD: structural members of thermal units; lining of walls; building of furnaces for oil refining and petrochemical industries; ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lining has bearing members made in form of ceramic plates located vertically and perpendicularly relative to casing and connected with it by means of brackets and anchor bolts; they are mounted at clearances relative to bearing ceramic plates. Brackets are secured on casing on both sides of plates; anchor bolts are received by holes made in bearing ceramic plates and in brackets. Ratio of height to width of bearing ceramic plates is no less than 1; side surfaces of plates are provided with projections holding lining units between them; bearing ceramic plates are located on casing in rows at intervals between them equal to length of lining unit and are shifted in subsequent row by half length of said unit.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of lining due to increased structural strength at high temperature; reduced losses of heat through lining; avoidance of overheating of casing; improved labor conditions of personnel.
